Before you Begin
Park Dental Aligners uses EasyRx® to manage our lab prescription workflow. Before you submit you patient's case information, you will need access
to the EasyRx® platform. If you are an existing EasyRx® member, simply follow the instructions below and submit your patient information to our
Park Dental Aligners EasyRx® digital lab. If you are not a member of EasyRx® please contact us at Support@ParkDentalAligners.com or call our
offices at 1-800-243-7372 and you will be provided with an invitation to access the EasyRx® platform as a guest, at no charge. Once you have been
granted access simply follow the steps below.

Conveniently order your Park Dental Aligners
Impression Kit from our online store. Are you already
an EasyRx® member? If so, high five!
If not, select the option to become a member when
purchasing your Impression Kit. Our Customer Care
Specialists will be there to get you set up. Once you
receive your Impression Kit, simply take your patient's
impressions and bite pictures.
Do not discard the packaging. The kit includes a paid
return label, which you will attach directly to the kit's
packaging and mail to our dental labs.
Submit Your Patient Case
To submit your case via EasyRx®, just start an aligner
prescription and upload your patients bite photos.
Once we have scanned your impressions and received
your bite photos through EasyRx®, our Treatment
Coordinator Specialists will use our state of-the art
software to help provide the ideal custom treatment
plan. You will be notified via email from EasyRx® when
the treatment plan, including a video simulation
showing the transformation of your patients smile, is
ready for your review and approval.

Approve Case / Purchase Aligners
After you have reviewed your patients treatment plan,
you have the option to:
- Cancel the treatment if you are not satisfied with plan
- Pause with a request for additional modifications
before approval - Approve the treatment plan if it is satisfactory
Please note that your approval of treatment plan is
considered consent to proceed with the manufacturing
of the series of clear aligners for your patient.
