Do I need an account to order online?
Yes. Park Dental Research requires a free account to place online orders and access clinical products and resources. Go to our Registration page.
Who can open an account with Park Dental Research?
Accounts are available to licensed dental professionals, specialists, dental laboratories, DSOs, and approved distributors. A valid dental license or qualifying business information may berequiredtopurchasecertain clinical products.
Can multiple users be added under one account (DSOs, labs, ect.)?
DSOs, labs and practices may add multiple users under a single account for streamlined access and ordering.

How long does account approval take?
Most accounts are approved quickly during regular business hours. Account approval may take up to 48 hours if submitted over the weekend, though approval is typically completed sooner.

Does Park Dental Research ship internationally?
At this time, Park Dental Research Corp. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Read our full Delivery Policy.
What is your return policy?
All items returned must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers may be obtained by contacting a Park Dental Research customer service representative. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What kind of implants does IMTEC® offer?

What are IMTEC® minimally-invasive dental implants?
IMTEC® minimally-invasive dental implants are small-diameter titanium implants, (a.k.a. small diameter implants (SDI) described by FDA as equal to or less than 3.0mm) designed to support denture stabilization and related clinical applications.
Are IMTEC® implants FDA cleared?
Yes. IMTEC® implants are FDA 510(k) cleared medical devices.
Do you offer training for IMTEC® implants?

What software and digital solutions does Park Dental Research offer?
Park Dental Research offers a range of digital solutions designed to support modern dental and orthodontic workflows. These include Orchestrate 3D, PDR’s digital brand providing services, products, and solutions for orthodontists and digital labs, as well as Orchestrate 3D Treatment Planning Software, the dedicated software platform used for advanced orthodontic treatment planning.

Do you sell JUELL 3D printers?
Yes. JUELL™ 3D printers are available for purchase as part of our digital manufacturing solutions. JUELL™ 3D printers include onboarding, setup assistance, and training to ensure a smooth implementation into your workflow. How do I get service or technical support for JUELL™ printers?
Each JUELL™ printer includes a standard 1‑year manufacturer warranty, with additional service plans available.
Technical service and support for JUELL™ printers are provided through Park Dental Research. Park Dental Research offers a service/support program including reduced costs for additional training, phone support, on-site repairs, software upgrades, parts, and resin. This plan covers parts and services not covered by the 1-year warranty. Check out the JUELL™ page for more details.
