Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT are guaranteed to ship on the same business day. Park Dental Research uses the best method of shipping specific to each customer. Shipping carriers may vary depending upon shipping requests, logistics and demands. Expedited delivery options are also available upon request. All shipping costs are added to the customer’s invoice. Clinicians are cautioned not to accept damaged packages.

At this time, Park Dental Research Corp ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Items not listed above are shipped based on standard carrier rates, calculated by weight, size, and destination. This ensures cost-effective shipping for smaller or standard products.

International Delivery

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Park Dental Research Corp is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Currently, international shipping is unavailable. Orders can only be fulfilled to addresses within the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
We are unable to process or deliver shipments to any other countries or regions at this time.
