The Startanius™ NRI (Narrow Ridge Implant) is designed for placement in narrow ridges where limited crestal bone width may restrict the use of conventional implant systems. At its narrowest point, the implant measures 1 mm, allowing clinicians to treat cases with minimal available bone while preserving existing anatomy.

The implant is intended for minimally invasive placement using piezo ultrasonic surgical techniques. Piezo-assisted site preparation allows controlled osteotomy formation based on bone density while minimizing trauma to surrounding bone. Osteotomy width is determined by bone quality, enabling the clinician to adapt the preparation protocol to clinical conditions.

The Startanius™ NRI features a conical taper that transitions into a hexed, screw-retained internal connection. This design is intended to support controlled seating, accurate alignment, and long-term stabilization for fixed or removable crown and bridge applications.

The implant is designed and tested for long-term stabilization and is compatible with XP (Zimmer-compatible) prosthetic components, allowing integration into established restorative workflows without additional complexity.
